Limited number of responses to an issue

Sometimes its annoying that the response I want to make isn't available.

As an example, I have been given three options to deal with rapists:

1. Castration
2. Rehabilitation
3. Hard labour

I really need a death penalty option emoticon

I'm not sure if the best course in these cases is to dismiss the issue or just pick the "next best" thing.

That's frustrated me as well. I usually just dismiss them.

Yes...I have started to dismiss them too. I find it irritating but I guess that's the rule of the game. Damn it! Even in a game your responses are being guided/controlled! emoticon emoticon emoticon

That's right. We are a much more creative bunch as polititians. They should let us rule!

Like that gold issue. Why can't the finders get a generours portion and the rest goes to the government? No, it's either they get all, or screw them or do nothing and protect the environment.

Too simplistic, this game.
