virtual vs. real I ran across an author by the name of Jullian Dibbell. He writes a lot of IT based articles along with several short expositions that look at how people interact on the net. One of his most famous articles "A Rape in Cyberspace" deals with online rape and justice and how people felt about it.
I'm not even sure where I want this thread to go, but I felt the article was very good and wanted to bring it to all of your attention..

Re: virtual vs. real i generally find people are alot more...verbal on MSN than IRL, which is why i tend to help people over MSN more than face to face, that and its alot more private. hopfully most of my school know that i help people out pretty much nomatter what and il never tell anyone anything about someone they dont want spread (unless its absalutly nessersary)
